Migration

Depending on the season, witness the incredible wildebeest migration as thousands of animals cross the Mara River.

PROGRAM

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara (Appx 5-6 hrs drive)

Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive to Masai Mara through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a stopover at the viewpoint to take in the stunning panoramic views. Arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch. After settling in, embark on an afternoon game drive across the Mara's vast plains, where you'll have the chance to spot the Big Five and other iconic animals. Return to your camp for dinner and overnight, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2: Masai Mara full day

After breakfast, you will head out for a full day game drive in the park. Depending on the season, witness the incredible wildebeest migration as thousands of animals cross the Mara River. Look out for the Big Five (if lucky) and other wildlife throughout the day. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild and continue your adventure with more game drives before retiring to your camp in the evening.

Day 3: Masai Mara to Diani (Approx. 2.5 hours flight)

After breakfast, check out from your camp and drive to the respective airstrip to catch your flight to Diani. Upon arrival at Ukunda Airstrip, you will be met by a representative who will transfer you to your beach resort. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure. Relax by the beach, dip into the pool, or enjoy optional activities such as a relaxing spa treatment or water sports. End the day with a delicious dinner and overnight at your resort.

Day 4 & 5: Diani full day

Spend the next two days relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Diani Beach. Lounge by the shore, swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean, or take advantage of the resort’s amenities. For those seeking adventure, you can engage in a variety of optional activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, kite surfing, or a visit to Wasini Island for dolphin spotting. You may also choose to explore the local culture with a visit to nearby villages or a city tour in Mombasa & the old town at an extra fee. Each evening, return to your resort for a sumptuous dinner and a relaxing night under the stars.

Day 6: Diani – Nairobi (Approx. 1-hour flight)

After breakfast, check out from your resort and drive to Ukunda Airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi, a representative will be waiting to transfer you to your respective hotel or to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international flight home.

All our travel packages are on a private basis.
Rates do not apply for Children aged 0-2 years as they are not charged.
Children between 3-11 years pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing the same rooms with adults.
Children between 3-11years pay 75% of the adult rate when in separate rooms from the adults.
Children above 11 years are recognized as adults therefore charged adult room rates.
Rates quoted are applicable to non-residents.
