PROGRAM
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, participants will be met by a company representative who will arrange a transfer to the hotel for check-in. The first taste of Kenya will begin with a visit to the famous Giraffe Center, where guests can feed the majestic Rothschild giraffes and take memorable photos. In the evening, participants will enjoy a welcome dinner at the legendary Carnivore restaurant—a great opportunity to get to know one another, establish business connections, and set a positive tone for the entire trip.
After breakfast, the group will depart for the famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. During the scenic journey through the Great Rift Valley and the endless Maasai plains, participants can look forward to team-building activities, networking, interactive games, discussions, and exercises designed to strengthen team spirit and improve communication. After checking in and having lunch at the camp, guests will embark on their first safari, during which they will explore Africa’s rich wildlife. The day will conclude with a traditional African sundowner at sunset, offering breathtaking views of the savanna.
The entire day is dedicated to exploring one of Africa’s most famous safari destinations. Participants can look forward to morning and afternoon safaris in search of the Big Five and other wildlife. Lunch will be organized right in the reserve as an outdoor picnic, creating a wonderful atmosphere for casual conversation and team bonding. In the evening, we’ll return to camp for dinner and relaxation under the starry African sky.
After breakfast, depart for the picturesque Lake Naivasha. The program includes a boat ride on the lake and a walking safari on Crescent Island, where you can freely walk among giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and other animals. This day combines adventure, relaxation, and team-building activities amidst Kenya’s stunning natural scenery.
Transfer to Nairobi and a domestic flight to the Indian Ocean coast. Upon arrival, check-in at a beach resort on the famous Diani Beach. Free time to relax on the snow-white coast, go swimming, and enjoy the atmosphere of this tropical paradise.
The day is dedicated to relaxation and building team spirit. Depending on the participants' preferences, we can organize beach games, team competitions, boat trips on a traditional "dou" boat, snorkeling, water sports, and wellness programs. In the evening, there will be a themed corporate dinner with an entertainment program.

After breakfast, you’ll have some free time, followed by a transfer to the airport for your return flight. This marks the end of your corporate trip to Kenya.

Keep in mind that Kenya has a tropical climate, so you should be prepared for a variety of weather conditions. Plan your packing carefully based on the purpose of your trip and the activities you intend to take part in while in Kenya.1. Malaria Information
Due to Kenya’s rich and largely untouched natural environment, cases of malaria can occur in lowland rural areas of the country. However, in higher-altitude regions such as Nairobi, the risk of malaria is significantly lower. The good news is that malaria is easily preventable with simple anti-malarial medications, which can be purchased at pharmacies upon arrival.
2. Preventive Medication
Your guide/driver will be happy to assist you in purchasing anti-malarial medication and mosquito repellents upon arrival. You may also consult your doctor before travelling to discuss any personal medical recommendations. Please note that this is purely a precaution — malaria is extremely rare among tourists who follow basic protective measures.
3. How to Avoid Mosquito Bites
• Use insect repellents containing DEET or picaridin on exposed skin and clothing.
• Wear long-sleeved shirts, long trousers, and closed shoes, especially at dawn and dusk when mosquitoes are most active.
• Sleep under insecticide-treated mosquito nets when staying in higher-risk areas (these are provided at lodges and hotels).
• Stay in air-conditioned or well-screened accommodation.
• Avoid dark-coloured clothing (such as red, black, and dark blue), as these colours absorb more heat and may attract mosquitoes that are sensitive to warmth and carbon dioxide. Light-coloured clothing (white, beige, pastel tones) is recommended as it attracts fewer insects.
4. Vaccinations and Travel Insurance
• Although there is no vaccine for malaria, ensure that all other required travel vaccinations (such as yellow fever and typhoid) are up to date.
• Consider purchasing travel insurance that covers emergency medical treatment, including malaria care.• If you develop a fever or flu-like symptoms during or after your trip, seek medical attention immediately and inform the doctor about your recent travel.
• Malaria is diagnosed through a blood test and is highly treatable when detected early. Rapid malaria test kits are also available at pharmacies for self-testing.1. Drones
Bringing drones into Kenya is not recommended unless all required permits have been arranged in advance.
2. Plastic Bags
Kenya has a strict ban on plastic bags. Bringing plastic bags into the country may result in fines or confiscation. This includes regular shopping bags, plastic packaging, and other single-use plastic items.Tipping driver-guides at the end of your safari is highly recommended.
